There have been several complaints referencing the riding of “four wheelers” on roads within the community.
Your By-Laws & Covenants states that the usage and riding of these vehicles is not allowed due to the damage they do to the roads. Several thousands of dollars are spent each year to maintain your roads and keep them in good condition without pot holes etc.
We would like all residents to realize that the use of the road behind the Shore Stop Store has been graciously provided by the property owner. Please stop dropping all your trash and unwanted items on the property before we loose our right to use it. Thank you !!!
