- You CANNOT park on our roads. Vehicles parked on the roads will TOWED at the owner's expense.

- During the winter, the snow plows will NOT come down the roads if you park in a cul-de-sac because they will be unable to turn around.

- Again, you may NOT park on the side of our roads. Thank you.

Four Wheelers and Dirt Bikes

There have been several complaints regarding the riding of four-wheelers and dirt bikes on roads within the community.  Your By-Laws & Covenant states that the usage and riding of these vehicles is NOT allowed due to the damage they can cause to the roads.  Several thousands of dollars are spent each year to maintain your roads. Please keep them in good condition and free of pot holes.

If you are having water issues, please contact our Emergency Answering service at 800-627-8387. As all of our board members work full-time jobs, you will not be able to contact them. Thank you.
