Four Wheelers and Dirt Bikes
There have been several complaints regarding the riding of four-wheelers and dirt bikes on roads within the community. Your By-Laws & Covenant states that the usage and riding of these vehicles is NOT allowed due to the damage they can cause to the roads. Several thousands of dollars are spent each year to maintain your roads. Please keep them in good condition and free of pot holes.
Littering
We would like all residents to realize that the use of the road behind the Shore Stop Store has been graciously provided by the property owner. Do not scatter trash or unwanted items on the property. Shall this continue, we may we lose our right to use this road. We appreciate your help in keeping our community beautiful.
Water
If you are having water issues, please contact our Emergency Answering service at 800-627-8387. As all of our board members work full-time jobs, you will not be able to contact them. Thank you.
